Bellbrae Estate Winery was established in 1999 on a beautiful section of rolling hills, five minutes from world famous Bells Beach, in the Surf Coast region of Victoria.
Originally planted to grapes around 150 years ago by Swiss settlers, at one stage the area from Bellbrae to Geelong and beyond was one of Australia’s largest wine growing regions. For most of the 20th century, however, the land had reverted to grazing but the wonderful climate and the enticing north facing slopes led us to plant the first vineyards here for over 100 years – better late than never!

Located just 15 minutes from Geelong and the Surf Coast (or an hour from Melbourne), Mt Duneed Estate offers something for everyone.
The Barrel Hall cafe is open Tuesday - Sunday 11-5pm. They love pairing food with wine and craft beer, so stop in for wine tasting, lunch or coffee. Mount Duneed Estate’s indoor sandpit and chalkboard is a hit with the kids. They have space for large group bookings for any special occasion or group gathering.
The Garden Bar operates during the warmer months and provides an outdoor space to relax in. Overlooking their vineyard, this space is perfect for a drink and taste of their finest food, wine and craft beer. The open lawn space ensures the kids can run wild while you get to sit back and relax. They do not take bookings for The Garden Bar as it is weather dependent.

Nicol's Paddock is a small, family run Winery & Restaurant.
Their first vines were planted in 1997 by Peter Nicol, in the rich limestone soil of Waurn Ponds on the edge of Geelong. 2001 marked the first vintage of Saint Regis Shiraz, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay joining our wine list just a few years later.
March 2015 marked the next generation taking the lead, with Jack Nicol and Katherine Anderson taking over daily operations, and the opening of their Restaurant, Nicol’s Paddock.
