Spring is such a beautiful time of year here in Freshwater Creek. As the winter frost fades and leaves start to appear on the trees, It amazes us every year how vibrant and green everything becomes. The farm feels very much alive in spring with all of our new little baby farm animals finding their feet. Here’s a diary documenting Spring 2018 at Freshwater Creek Cottages.
